This is working as: Security Administrative Assistant
Are you the linchpin in a safe and well-organized working environment?
As a security administrative assistant, you are the first point of contact on location. You receive visitors, manage administration, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. At the same time, you keep an eye on things and contribute to a safe working environment.
In this role, administration, hospitality, and security come together. You maintain an overview, work accurately, and ensure that employees and visitors can rely on a safe and well-organized location.
You start the day by opening the site and the buildings, so that everyone can safely begin their workday. During the day, you maintain an overview of visitor registration, building occupancy, and badge administration.
In between, you carry out inspection rounds and keep an eye on things via camera surveillance. At the end of the day, you ensure that everything is securely closed again with a closing round. In this way, you combine administrative tasks with hospitality and security throughout your workday.
