Logistics Administrative Assistant

We'll start with what we can offer you

• Money, of course. Between €2,550 and €3,000 gross per month (based on 36 hours per week, (the grading depends on knowledge and experience). This amount is exclusive of any allowances.

• Travel allowance of € 0.23 per km (10 - 25 km, one way).

And you don't do that after the fact, but in the middle of the operation. You ensure everything is correct while the warehouse keeps running. Goods arrive, drivers report in, and you maintain oversight. Is something not right? Then you are the first to see it and you solve it.

We are the go-to online wholesaler for food professionals. From Michelin-starred restaurants to snack bars: we ensure they can always rely on the best products and reliable delivery. And you? You ensure that everything that comes in is truly correct. From freight to administration.

In this role, you are in the middle of the action. You are switching, arranging, and solving while the operation runs. You work together with various departments and have a lot of freedom to organize things more smartly. Do you see that something can be done better? Then you simply take charge of it.

Goods receipt & processing: You check incoming goods for quality, quantity, and documentation, book these correctly into the system, and immediately register any discrepancies.

Production & order planning: You batch customer orders for maximum logistical efficiency, release orders for the order pickers, and meticulously align the planning with transport and departure times.

Inventory management & optimization: You analyze inventory levels and manage effective item positioning, so that the right products are accessible at the right moment.

Warehouse layout (Slotting): You divide warehouse locations smartly based on turnover rate, ensure ergonomic workstations, and prevent congestion in the aisles.

Returns handling: You process the outgoing return flow to suppliers, ensure closed-loop return administration, and maintain operational contact with all parties involved regarding this.

Accounts payable support: You investigate logistical and administrative differences between invoices and goods receipts and act as the substantive point of contact for complex financial issues.

Ultimately, you ensure that the operation keeps running without noise or errors. And with that, you make the difference in foodservice.

• You have an MBO 4 level of working and thinking

• You work accurately, but also enjoy a fast pace

• You switch easily between different colleagues

• You can work well with systems such as Excel and Word

• You have already done something in logistics, administration, or order processing

• You speak and write good Dutch

• You quickly see where something is wrong and take immediate action

• You love a work environment where things flow well and no two days are the same
