Process Manager Systems Engineering

• At least 8+ years of experience with systems engineering in complex and large infrastructural projects or within project control according to the IPM model.
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 15288 and with Relatics and possibly PMP or IPMA.

• A completed technical university (WO) or applied sciences (HBO) degree in a technical direction or a comparable technical education.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

• A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period, based on 40 hours per week.
• A salary in scale 9: € 4,816 to € 9,472 per month excluding 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus.

As Process Manager Systems Engineering, you are responsible for implementing, guiding, and continuously improving the systems engineering methodology within our large energy infrastructure projects within the 2GW Offshore program. In this role, you ensure that technical requirements, design choices, verification, and documentation are managed in a structured and traceable manner according to the contract.

• You lead the systems engineering approach within projects and ensure that teams work according to the SE methodology, and in this, you deal with various stakeholders.
• Training project teams and subcontractors in applying the SE processes.
• Monitoring requirements and requirements management, so that all technical requirements are correctly recorded, followed up, and demonstrably realized.
• Providing coordination between disciplines such as engineering, quality, risk, document, and information management.
• Organizing reviews, verifications, and validations to ensure that installations meet the stated requirements.
• Continuously improving processes, tooling, and methodologies, including from lessons learned from previous projects.

Hybrid working is possible. The days on which we collaborate in the office are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, whereby presence in the office is expected two days per week.

• Willingness to occasionally visit the project location in Geertruidenberg and other project locations.
