The power grid in the Netherlands is reaching capacity in more and more places. Addressing this is one of the biggest challenges in the energy transition. The Portfolio Management team maintains an overview of the entire set of projects and is right in the middle of the organization tackling this problem. Because our current colleague is moving up internally, we are looking for someone to ensure that information and decisions land in the right place, well and on time.

• Ensuring requests land correctly: you ensure that requests arrive completely and on time in the right place, so that decision-making proceeds without unnecessary delay.
• Processing decisions: you process decisions made in all databases and reports, so that everyone works with the same, up-to-date information.
• Keeping project data in order: you manage the data surrounding the fixed decision moments in projects: the moments at which it is determined whether a project may proceed to the next phase. This ensures it is always clear where a project stands.
• Maintaining the decision register: you update the central register in which TenneT-wide decisions are recorded, so that decisions can always be found and verified.
• Handling administrative projects: such as configuration work in Meridian and creating orders in SAP, so that the work in the systems is well-organized.
• Helping build your role: you think along about how processes, systems, and your own role will further take shape. You identify where things can be improved and contribute ideas, so that the team's support runs increasingly smoothly.

Hybrid working is the norm for us. You will be given the opportunity to work from home. We also value meeting each other personally at the office. For this, your location is Arnhem, where you will meet together an average of 2 days per week. You will also occasionally work from one of our regional offices or project locations. Therefore, your workplace may vary.

A permanent contract with a two-month probationary period, based on 32 hours per week.

• A salary in scale 6: €3,691 to €6,493 per month with 8% holiday allowance, 6% year-end bonus, and 70% pension contribution.
• A solid pension via ABP: we pay 70% of your premium.
• 43 vacation days per year.
