This is what we are looking for
A curious and driven Junior Consultant who wants to grow in the field of Data & AI. Someone who dares to ask questions, learns quickly, and works in a result-oriented manner.

You have

· A completed WO or HBO degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Econometrics, or similar;

· Experience (e.g., via internship or personal projects) with Python, ML, SQL, or cloud platforms. An analytical, technical, and practical mindset;

· The ambition to build concrete solutions, not just talk about them;

· Good command of Dutch and English.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

· Salary: €2,625 - €3,400 gross per month, depending on education and experience

· Variable compensation (max. 10% reserve based on achieved KPIs);

· 8% holiday allowance, paid in May;

· Electric lease car or NS Business Card

· Permanent contract with a 2-month probationary period

· 25 vacation days, with the possibility to purchase 5 extra days

As a Junior Data & AI Consultant at Next Senz, you help organizations turn data into insight and insight into action. You will participate in innovative projects, develop smart AI solutions, and contribute to our own products. In this way, you build data solutions that add real value for our customers and for society.

What you will do
As a Junior Consultant, you will work on projects where data, AI, and strategy converge. You will analyze data, build models, and translate insights into concrete improvements. In doing so, you will quickly be given the space to take responsibility yourself and deepen your knowledge.

You will work on themes such as

What you'll do

· Machine learning and AI applications;

· Data analysis, visualizations, and dashboards;

· Development of data-driven products;

· Client issues within, among others, retail, real estate, and healthcare;

· You will work with modern tools and frameworks such as Python, dbt, Azure, SQL, and LLM integrations. This is how you learn to deploy technology to make a real impact.
