Corporate Restaurant Coordinator

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience within hospitality, catering, facility management, or a similar environment.
• Experience with operational and financial management of service delivery.
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience with stakeholder management and working in a multi-location environment.

• HBO level of work and thinking.

• A salary between €3,641.60 and €5,201.60 per 4 weeks, aligned with the education, knowledge, and experience you bring;
• An annual bonus of max 5% of your annual salary based on organizational objectives.
• 30 vacation days (with the possibility to buy or sell vacation days) and 8% holiday allowance. You build up a pension through participation in the Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor het Levensmiddelenbedrijf (Industry Pension Fund for the Food Industry).
• An allowance for your travel expenses (€ 0.21 cents per kilometer with a max. of 35 kilometers one way). We like to work together in the office, but you can also work partly from home.

• You develop and safeguard the national policy for the corporate restaurants within Supply Chain.
• You drive quality, costs, assortment, pricing, and Food Safety across all locations.
• You analyze performance using KPIs and support locations with budgeting and result improvement.
• You develop and manage the national assortment and ensure an attractive and healthy employee proposition.
• You coordinate audits, monitor compliance with laws and regulations, and ensure continuous improvement of quality and food safety.
• You initiate and lead projects regarding new concepts, legislation, and process improvements.
• You maintain intensive contact with locations, suppliers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery.

You are an organizationally strong professional who gains energy from connecting people, processes, and service delivery. You know how to translate strategic objectives into practical execution and are able to bring different interests together.
