Are you analytically strong and do you have a passion for improving processes within complex operational environments? Do you get energy from guiding organizations in structurally optimizing their supply chain and operational processes? Then we are looking for you: an experienced Consultant Process Optimization & Implementation who makes the difference.

Within sectors such as FMCG, industry, logistics, retail, but also within Government and healthcare, you will carry out projects for our clients independently or in a team. You work on process analyses, redesign, and implementation of improvements within supply chains, production, and logistics processes. Think of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, warehouse efficiency, or chain optimization.

You use proven methods such as Lean Six Sigma and BPM and utilize tools like Power BI, process modeling tools such as Lucidchart, and ERP systems to gain insights and support changes. In doing so, you are not only a process expert, but also a (strategic) sparring partner for your client and you know how to bring teams along in change.

You deliver value not only in projects, but also beyond them. You actively contribute to the further growth of our team. You mentor junior and medior consultants, share your knowledge, and contribute to the development of propositions. You use your experience and network to further strengthen our profile in the market. In this way, you make an impact on our clients and on our organization.

At Supply Value, you carry out projects for clients in various sectors independently or together with others. Your activities may consist of:

• Performing process analyses and redesigning workflows;

• Implementing improvements in supply chains, production, or logistics;

• Working on challenges such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, production planning, warehouse efficiency, and end-to-end chain optimization.

In addition to your work for the client, you play an important role in the further development of Supply Value by contributing to propositions, guiding colleagues, and sharing knowledge through publications, events, and internal initiatives.

• You possess a relevant network of clients and can provide references from similar assignments.
