• Gross monthly salary between € 3,965 and € 5,050 depending on your work experience, variable performance bonus, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed home office allowance per working day.

The Digital Process Excellence (DPE) team is part of Corporate Services Transformation in the advisory branch of KPMG. Our team is dedicated to improving customers' business processes using innovative technology. This involves a wide range of processes, from Finance to HR, and everything in between. Together with the customer, we investigate where improvements can be implemented in productivity, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction. For this, we use methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and technologies such as RPA, Chatbots, Low-Code, and Process Mining.

As a Senior Process Mining Consultant, you are responsible for the projects where we support our customers in executing Process Mining analyses to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes. You enjoy working with different teams to develop and implement your improvement proposals based on these analyses. Additionally, you guide other consultants in their development and contribute ideas on the possibilities to position Process Mining within the digital strategy of our customers. In addition to the role as Senior Process Mining Consultant, there is the opportunity to develop yourself broadly and specialize in other digitalization techniques from our Digital Stack, such as RPA, Low-Code, and (Gen)AI. In this, you act as a bridge between Business and IT. This enables you to explain the complexity of these technologies to the customer in an understandable way. There is also plenty of room to run your own (sub)projects, such as coming up with a new application for one of the technologies in our digital stack. Furthermore, you will be guided in your development and have freedom of choice in the training that suits you! Think of specialist training tailored to your needs (for example, in enterprise architecture) or consultancy skills (such as public speaking or project management).
