For our Boxmeer location, we are looking for a:

What you'll do

  • Through data analysis, you contribute to a data-driven decision-making process.
  • Using your growing knowledge of Improvement, you ensure a detailed performance analysis to identify, analyze, and resolve structural problems so that they do not recur.
  • Through project proposals, you contribute to improving the productivity of our factory.
  • Managing and reporting on improvement initiatives as a project leader or project member.
  • Facilitating kaizens and workshops.
  • Collaborating on the improvement of strategic processes.
  • To achieve improvements, you build a broad network of contacts with (internal) stakeholders and external suppliers.

About the role

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you have knowledge and insight into the process operations of the formulation department. You are able to optimize the production process and provide support for projects. The overall goal is to further professionalize the department and take it to a higher level. You will actively contribute to this!

Your profile

  • You possess a completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field of study; this may also have been completed recently.
  • Preferably experience within a complex production environment/the process industry.
  • Experience with analyzing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and project management.
  • Able to find pragmatic solutions based on theoretical knowledge.
  • Able to inspire others during change and/or improvement processes.
  • Driven, stress-resistant, and able to achieve results collectively (team player).
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Experience with Office, SAP, Reliance, and various production systems is a plus.
