• at least a bachelor's or master's degree in IT, business administration, or a related field; 
• demonstrable experience (at least 2 years) as a PMO, IT project leader, or consultant in the IT domain, preferably in a consultancy environment; 
• excellent knowledge of Dutch, in which you can communicate fluently;
• excellent knowledge of the latest project management methods and tools; 

• experience and ambition to make a difference at the intersection of business and IT; 
• strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively; 
• leadership qualities and the ability to motivate teams; 
• analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; 
• certifications such as IPMA/PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.

As an IT project leader / program manager, you play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects to our clients. You are responsible for the effective planning, organizing, and managing of projects from start to finish. You collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders and ensure that project goals are met within established timelines and budgets. 

• Applying the latest methodologies in (agile) project management; 
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and providing (un)solicited advice to our clients; 
•  Identifying and understanding the needs and expectations of the client; 
•  Developing detailed project plans and timelines; 
• Supervising project execution and ensuring that all parties involved are aware of their responsibilities; 
• Identifying risks and proactively proposing solutions to overcome potential obstacles; 
• Reporting to senior management on project progress and any bottlenecks; 
• Ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders; 
• Managing resources and ensuring that teams perform optimally; 
• Evaluating project results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
