What we're looking for

  • A completed MBO level 3 diploma or willing to undergo training;

  • The VCA Basic Safety certificate;

  • The VEWA VOP Certificate;

  • Experience as a foreman, preferably within District Heating;

  • Driver's license B.

The role

What will you do?

As a District Heating Foreman in Almere, you are the point of contact and provide daily leadership to a team at a project location. In this role, you report to the Site Manager. In the absence of this Site Manager, you provide direct leadership to the colleagues on the construction site. Additionally, at that time, you are also the contact person for the client.

You work together with your team in district heating. You ensure that the activities run smoothly and you track daily production. You provide updates to the Site Manager regarding the activities and workload of your team. In daily reports, you report on the daily progress and you remain sharp on the quality of the work. In short, you ensure that everything runs smoothly on and around the workplace.
