DutchTecSource (DTS) has been developing and building innovative machines for the food processing industry for more than 25 years. From our workshop in Beusichem, we realize custom solutions that are deployed worldwide. From raw stainless steel material to a fully operational machine: at DTS, we build installations completely in-house from start to finish.
There is a high probability that products you encounter daily in the supermarket have been processed using our machines. Because of this, DTS has had an established name in the international food processing industry for years.
The demand for our machines is growing worldwide, which is why we are looking for new colleagues who want to build the future of machine manufacturing together with us.
As a Service Engineer at DTS, you ensure that our machines continue to run optimally at customer sites. You perform maintenance, resolve malfunctions, and ensure that installations continue to function without issues.
The majority of your work consists of service and maintenance on location. You inspect machines, perform overhauls, and analyze malfunctions at customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Additionally, you supervise installations and commission new machines at customers worldwide.
In addition to service work, you also work regularly in our workshop in Beusichem, where you assemble machines and prepare them for delivery together with colleagues.
This combination makes the position varied: you work both in the workshop and on location at customers, where you have a direct impact on the performance of our machines.
You work approximately 80/90% in service and maintenance and 20/10% in our workshop.
Service, maintenance, and inspection of machines and processing lines at customers
Analyzing and resolving planned and unplanned malfunctions
Installing and commissioning new machines at customers
Informing and instructing customers about the use and maintenance of machines
Proposing improvements to the customer for even better installations
Supervising installations and supporting larger projects
Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating activities during service and installation projects
Assembly and preparation of machines and installations in our workshop
At DTS, you do not work on serial production, but instead build unique machines for the largest food producers in the world together with colleagues in our workshop. From raw stainless steel to a complete installation: you see your work come to life from start to finish and ultimately be deployed worldwide in future-oriented food production globally.
