Network Engineer

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages;

• You possess relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCNP, Aruba, Fortinet NSE4/NSE5, Microsoft AZ-700/AZ-900, Citrix Netscaler, F5, and ITIL Foundation, or are willing to obtain them;

• Knowledge of routing and switching concepts;

• Knowledge of VPN technologies, Zero Trust, NAC, and MFA integrations;

• Experience with firewalls, WAFs, and load balancers;

• Experience with wireless solutions from Fortinet, Aruba, and Ubiquiti

• Experience with scripting and network automation;

• You are able to translate a basic network design (HLD) into a concrete configuration and Visio drawings (LLD);

• Knowledge of VLAN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, GSLB, and policy-based routing;

• You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented, independent, and customer-oriented;

• You are willing to participate in on-call shifts and occasionally perform work outside of office hours.

Together with a team of specialized network engineers, you will ensure that our services are delivered to our customers in a secure, available, automated, and efficient manner.

• Implementing and managing advanced network environments

• Configuring and managing routers, switches, wireless, firewalls, WAFs, and load balancers

• Translating architectural designs into concrete technical implementations

• Performing patch, lifecycle, and security management

• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance

• Working according to ITIL processes and contributing to continuous improvement
