To continue our growth, we are looking for a new Lead Engineer who wants to build the infrastructure of tomorrow together with us, where grid congestion, among other things, is a significant challenge that we focus on.

You will join a team of enthusiastic and committed colleagues in Spijkenisse & Waardenburg. Together you will work on challenging projects in underground infrastructure. Mostly comfortably in the office, sometimes at the client's location — variety guaranteed.

As Lead Engineer Cables & Pipelines:

• You work together with a team of Engineers;
• You act as the technical point of contact for your team;
• You tackle complex assignments and situations together and celebrate victories;
• You bear final responsibility for the drawings that are delivered;
• You review  (and sometimes) work out (drilling) drawings and (drilling) plans (including calculations).

To properly fulfill this role, you have:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, with a preference for a degree in civil engineering, energy technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent;
• At least 5 years of experience as an Engineer in projects within underground infrastructures and cables and/or pipelines;
• Knowledge of the following programs is a plus: InfraCAD, Drillcontrol, GIS and Civil3D

Furthermore, you are someone who:

• Has the ability to think analytically and work in a problem-solving manner;
• Is a go-getter who never loses sight of the quality aspect;
• Is able to set priorities;
• Is customer- and result-oriented.
