As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from defining the requirement to the signing of the contract. You are a strong interlocutor for managers and, at the same time, the first point of contact for candidates. You ensure that both parties find each other and that the candidate has a good experience from the very first contact.

You work for various parts of the organization. As a result, one day you are communicating with a production manager and the next with a manager within engineering or a staff department. This allows you to get to know the organization well and to increasingly know which people and qualities are needed to realize our ambitions.

In this, you work closely with the HR Advisors. Together, you discuss personnel needs, team development, and the resulting vacancies. You translate these needs into an appropriate recruitment approach and maintain control over the recruitment process. Additionally, you are part of the central Feadship Recruitment team, in which you share knowledge and experiences with fellow recruiters from the other Feadship companies and work together on the further professionalization of recruitment.

You will be involved in:

• Advising managers on recruitment, selection, and the labor market;
• Actively searching for, selecting, and interviewing candidates;
• Building and maintaining talent pools and relevant networks;
• Representing Feadship at labor market events and at (higher) education institutions and other partners;
• Analyzing recruitment data and translating this into concrete improvements.

You will be involved in:

You are an energetic and entrepreneurial Recruiter who enjoys seeking connections with people and the organization. You know what is happening in the labor market, are curious about different (technical) fields, and get energy from finding the right match.

Additionally:

• Do you have a completed HBO degree in HRM, Commercial Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field;
• Do you have 3 to 5 years of (technical) recruitment experience, for example, on the agency side or as a corporate recruiter;
• Do you have experience in independently managing recruitment processes;
• Are you a strong communicator, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to take initiative;
• Can you switch effectively between candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues;
• Do you have a good command of the Dutch and English languages.

• A salary between € 3,400 and € 4,500 gross per month, matching your knowledge and experience;
• 40 days off per year with full-time employment (27 vacation days and 13 ATV);
