Onboarding Specialist

Create a 100% onboarding experience for our new colleagues.

That is why we ensure that new colleagues feel at home from day one. That is what we are looking for you to do.

You guide new colleagues from the moment they sign until well after their first week of work. Schuberg Philis is growing fast: we welcome 15 to 50 new colleagues per month. You ensure that this process is personal and flawless for every one of them.

Concretely, this means:

• You draft employment agreements and ensure they are finalized.
• You activate and monitor the pre-employment screening and follow up on the reports.
• You plan the onboarding program and everything surrounding it: round table discussions, the Founders lunch, appointments with the independent financial advisor.
• You guide new colleagues coming from abroad and coordinate with our external partners for relocation, visas, work permits, and the 30% ruling.
• You participate in our monthly onboarding program as a guide for the new colleagues on that day.
• You coordinate with our restaurant and hospitality team and ensure that presenters of onboarding sessions are ready on time.
• You work in AFAS, Greenhouse, and Slack and keep the administration accurate.

This is a job with a lot of context switching. You are in conversation all day: with new colleagues, with the team, with partners. No two days are the same, and that requires someone who maintains an overview and stays calm when many things are happening at once.

You will become part of our Recruiting & Onboarding team of 18 colleagues, and we continue to grow. Within the team, we are building a coordination team of four: two colleagues focus on scheduling interviews, two on onboarding. You are each other's backup, so you are never alone.

• Experience in a similar role, for example as an onboarding coordinator, recruitment coordinator, HR operations employee, or executive assistant.
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail, even with high volumes.
• You think in solutions and get people on board, whether it concerns a full schedule or a presenter who still needs to confirm.
• You enjoy making processes smarter.
• You speak and write well in Dutch and English.
• Experience with AFAS or Greenhouse is a plus, but not a requirement.
