The Finance team is responsible, among other things, for the administration and the recording of - and reporting on - the figures. Within this team, everyone has their own role, with additional and overlapping tasks and (improvement) projects. There is a lot of autonomy, but you are never alone. There is always someone available to brainstorm or have a cup of coffee.
This is an all-round Accounts Payable role, in which you contribute your expertise, collaborate with the entire company, ensure continuity in an efficient and accurate Purchase to Pay process, and continue to improve processes.
Within the Finance Operations team, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will take charge of the entire Purchase to Pay process. Additionally, that person will take responsibility for the expense claim process.
Beyond mastering all operational transactions, you strive to achieve efficiency gains based on your experience or new ideas and developments in the market. Your way of working aligns with the team, which is characterized by 'continuous improvement' and 'automated processing when possible, manual processing when necessary'.
