Inland Delivery Associate

As an Inland operations agent, you work proactively to manage the transport process effectively, both towards our carriers and towards our internal colleagues who are in direct contact with our customers.

• Every day, you align the supply & demand of our transports as optimally as possible.

• You collect data to ensure the most complete possible assessment of capacity in our transport planning system.

• You monitor our suppliers for timely delivery and step in for our customers when necessary to ensure the customer experience is as good as possible.

• You take the lead in communication with other departments to improve processes and anticipate problems.

• You want to continue developing yourself, both broadly and deeply.

Every day, you enter the 'Jackie Chan' building with a big smile. Yesterday was a hectic day, but you still managed to get a container full of new shoes to the location on time. The customer is very happy with your action because now the shoe day can simply go ahead. Today, a Teams call is on the agenda with colleagues from the customer service department. Hopefully, you can come up with a solution together for the chocolate deliveries to Amsterdam. Oh yes, this afternoon is the internal meeting with direct colleagues to discuss and implement new ideas. What about a new report for improving timely deliveries? Before you know it, the day is over and you have once again managed to save many transports and satisfy customers. You go home with a smile 😊
