Senior Data Analyst

• Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst in complex environments;
• Experience with SQL and Python (R is a plus);
• Experience with Power BI and developing dashboards and data models;
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and preferably Azure, Snowflake, or Fabric;
• Strong in storytelling, stakeholder management, and presenting insights;
• Analytical, structured, sharp in problem analysis;
• You speak fluent Dutch (C1).

• A permanent contract of 32, 36, or 40 hours with a compensation budget up to €7100,- gross per month incl. holiday allowance and mobility allowance

As a Senior Data Analyst, you feel completely at home in complex data landscapes where insights, impact, and collaboration converge. You work with large datasets, extract value from raw data, and transform analyses into concrete recommendations that directly guide business decisions. You are the one who knows how to ask the right questions, bring structure to data, and translate complex subject matter into understandable insights for all levels of the organization.

You work with modern data platforms and tooling ranging from SQL and Python to Power BI and cloud environments such as Azure, Snowflake, and Fabric. You build data models, design dashboards, identify patterns, and develop data products that are truly used. Additionally, you play an important role in improving data quality, definitions, and processes.

With clients, you act as both a substantive sparring partner and a strategic advisor. You align stakeholders, make data issues understandable, and translate them into insights that organizations can act on immediately. You guide teams in data-driven working and, as a senior, take on a coaching role for less experienced analysts.
