The composite team leader ensures that a project runs smoothly in production and thereby meets the specified quality, time, and budget requirements. In this role, you are responsible for the daily management of the team and ensure efficient planning and execution of activities. The team leader reports to the production manager and project manager.

As Composite Team Leader, you ensure efficient work and capacity planning for the project and monitor the progress and quality of production. You maintain contact with the production manager, project manager, and work preparation regarding required capacity, outsourcing, and materials. You contribute to a safe and organized workshop and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Additionally, you supervise quality and guide internal and external pickups.
