Rondal is a manufacturer of masts and booms, winches and deck equipment, hatches and windbreaks, and composite products in the superyacht industry for both sailing and motor yachts, serving an exclusive global clientele.

The Rondal Metal department is involved in the production, assembly, and testing of winches, hatches, windbreaks, and doors. For this, parts are purchased and also produced in-house using our own metalworking machines.

For our metal team, we are looking for a

As a CNC turner, you are responsible for performing CNC machining operations, primarily on stainless steel and aluminum. You work mainly with CNC lathes and ensure that the workpieces meet the specified requirements regarding dimensions, shape, roughness, and tolerances. Your tasks include various turning operations and, where necessary, additional machining operations.

You independently set up, operate, and program the CNC lathes and work with both large and small workpieces, ranging from single units to small series. Thanks to your precision and craftsmanship, you deliver high-quality products that meet the high quality standards within the superyacht industry.
