For our team, we are looking for a

As a Planner, you are responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and optimizing the planning process within Rondal. You ensure realistic capacity and project allocation and play a central role in the coordination between Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Business Office, and Production. You provide delivery times to the sales department, monitor available capacity, and support the creation and management of project schedules. Additionally, you ensure the standardization of planning and report directly to the Business Office Manager. You identify bottlenecks and constraints in a timely manner and work together with the relevant departments on suitable solutions. You also prepare the weekly meeting and chair this meeting.

With your overview, analytical ability, and proactive approach, you ensure that projects proceed according to plan and that people, materials, and resources are deployed optimally.
