Operational Coordinator Technician Network

Roamler Tech is a national network of independent technicians and installers. They install, maintain, and repair for business customers, including in the fields of telecom, smart home, heating, cooling, and charging solutions.

You ensure that the right technicians are available, meet appointments, and deliver good work.

Your role: you ensure it gets done

As Operational Coordinator Technician Network, you are the hub between our technicians, Planning, and Operations. You coordinate the daily planning and maintain an overview of what needs to happen that day and in the coming weeks. You see where capacity is tight, set priorities, and ensure the planning team knows where the focus lies. You take charge, make clear agreements with Planning and Operations, and ensure the planning is set every day.

• You are the fixed point of contact for technicians and manage them on our platform: you think along with them, but also hold them accountable if appointments are not met.

• You guide new technicians during their start and help them where necessary, so they get off to a good start quickly.

• You provide direction to the planning team: you set priorities, distribute the work, and are the first point of contact for questions.

• You drive towards appointment realization, quality, and customer satisfaction, and make concrete improvement agreements with the team.

• You signal capacity bottlenecks in time and coordinate solutions with Operations.

• You improve the way of working and processes around the planning, so that the team works smarter and more efficiently every time.

We are primarily looking for someone with the right mentality. You don't need to be a technical specialist and you don't need to come from a traditional installation company.

• You speak and write excellent Dutch. You conduct daily conversations with Dutch-speaking technicians and customers.

• You are social and make contact easily.

• You are assertive.

• You are a true self-starter.

• You are persistent.

• You maintain an overview.

Experience in, for example, operations, planning, field service, logistics, customer service, or managing a network of independents is a plus. Affinity with technology is a bonus, but not a requirement.

English is useful for collaboration with colleagues.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2,900 and € 4,000 based on full-time.

• A position with a lot of responsibility and room for your own initiative.

• Direct contact with a large national network of independent technicians.

• A committed team and short lines of communication.

• A position of at least 32 hours per week, of which you work 3 days at our office in Amsterdam.

• 25 vacation days based on full-time, a good pension scheme with an 8% employer contribution, and a company laptop.

• € 250 work-from-home allowance after the probationary period.
