Concept Elektro is an electrical installation company from Hoofddorp that designs, installs, and maintains electrical installations, security systems, and sustainable solutions for both businesses and individuals. Our projects are primarily located around Hoofddorp with companies, municipalities, healthcare institutions, housing associations, data centers, contractors, and individuals. We work on both new construction and renovation, with short lines of communication and a team where collaboration and enjoyment at work are central.

As Service Coordinator, you ensure that service and maintenance activities run smoothly. You are the pivot between the customer, technician, and organization.

• You plan and direct service technicians

• You receive fault reports, register them, and follow them up

• You monitor maintenance, inspections, and certification moments

• You check work orders and handle the administrative processing

• You communicate with customers regarding planning, testing, and progress

• You apply applicable standards such as NEN1010, NEN3140, NEN2535, NEN2575, and CCV

• You manage documentation, logs, and test reports in the systems

You work from the office and have daily contact with technicians, customers, suppliers, and sometimes certifying bodies. You provide structure, clarity, and satisfied customers.
