As a fresh and energetic customer service professional, you will perform operational and administrative tasks related to the export and import of ocean freight shipments. Your duties include, among others, preparing transport documents, (customs) documents, and supervising transport from supplier to final recipient. Naturally, you will also have direct contact with our customers, international agents, shipping lines, and airlines.
