Requirements
What we're looking for
- MBO 4 or HBO level
- Experience in managing, guiding, or coordinating a team.
- Good oral and written command of Dutch and English.
- Good knowledge of ocean freight, both import and export.
- Knowledge of transport documents and customs formalities.
- You are familiar with the common shipping lines in Rotterdam and Antwerp.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Independent, structured, and able to set priorities.
- Flexible, result-oriented, and proactive.
- Able to initiate and implement improvements and innovations within the department.

You are a connecting factor within the department, communicate clearly with employees and management, and take initiative to improve processes and successfully implement innovations.
