As a Customer Service Employee, you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with our customers. To this end, you act as the central point of contact for the customer and continuously switch between different parties: your own department, operations, transport, and sales to ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. Additionally:

• You handle the operational and administrative processing of incoming and outgoing shipments (international) and you are also responsible for inventory management;
• You maintain regular contact with the customer to manage expectations and provide updates on incoming and outgoing orders;
• You analyze order flows, maintain control over customer processes, and come up with efficient improvement proposals;
• You are responsible for the operational and administrative processing of international shipments, both incoming and outgoing;
• You provide various reports, such as periodic KPIs and transport analyses, and are responsible for invoicing;
• You identify leads from the customer and pass them on correctly to the account manager;
• You report to the Teamlead Customer Service.

As a Customer Service Employee, you have a customer-oriented mindset and the drive to always find the best solution for our customers. You have good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment. With your proactive attitude and communication skills, there is no problem that cannot be solved! You have an MBO+ working and thinking level and at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position. Additionally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
