As a Customer Service Representative, you will monitor the order process from A to Z, answering incoming calls and emails regarding information for the market within the Netherlands.

Together with your direct colleagues, you will process incoming orders and inquiries and provide customers with up-to-date order information.

Together with your colleagues from inside and outside sales, you form the sales team that exceeds our customers' expectations daily. In this way, you fulfill a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and customer retention.

You provide telephone advice to customers regarding delivery times, prices, and application possibilities and communicate in an effective and service-oriented manner. Additionally, you process the necessary administration and ensure correct order entry in SAP (ERP system). You check the delivery and payment terms and you handle the provision of the necessary documentation for transport, product datasheets, and certificates. Furthermore, you actively seek contact with your internal colleagues where necessary.

For our team, we are looking for a colleague who, in addition to a completed education (MBO/HBO with a commercial or technical direction), has experience in a customer contact environment, preferably in the field of industrial sales. Given the market in which we operate, an interest in technology is an additional advantage.
