What you'll do

As a Senior Supply Chain Coordinator at i3D.net, you play an important role in the successful realization of our infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. You ensure that procurement, supplier relations, contract management, and financial control align well, so that complex projects proceed according to plan.

You operate at the intersection of Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, Finance, technical teams, and Legal. In doing so, you are responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects of infrastructure projects. From guiding tenders and negotiating contracts to managing contract changes, variations (extra and reduced work), claims, and costs during execution: you provide structure, overview, and control over the process.

With your work, you have a direct influence on project schedules, cost control, and the successful expansion of the infrastructure of i3D.net.

What will you do?

  • Tenders and procurement: You guide the full tender and procurement process for infrastructure projects, including drafting and issuing requests for quotation (RFQs), comparing and evaluating bids, selecting contractors, and conducting commercial negotiations.

  • Contract management: You are responsible for the management of contracts throughout the entire project cycle. From the initial negotiations and contract agreements to handling contract changes, variations, and claims during execution.

  • Supplier and contractor management: You build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners. You monitor contractual agreements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

  • Support of infrastructure projects: You are the primary point of contact from Supply Chain for the execution of infrastructure projects in the Netherlands and work closely with data center, technical, and project teams.

  • Cost control and reporting: You monitor financial obligations, expenditures, and contract values. With your advanced Excel skills, you ensure reliable financial insights and signal potential risks in a timely manner.

  • Contract management systems: You support the selection, implementation, and rollout of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system within the Supply Chain department.

  • Collaboration with stakeholders: You work closely with Finance, Legal, technical teams, and external contractors to ensure projects run smoothly and to support decision-making.

  • Process improvement: You identify opportunities to further improve procurement processes, contract management, cost insight, and the overall efficiency of projects.

What will you have achieved in the first year?

  • You have successfully guided tender processes and contract negotiations for major infrastructure projects.

  • You have created clear insight and overview regarding contractual obligations, project costs, changes, and claims.

  • You have actively contributed to the successful implementation and rollout of a contract management system within the department.

  • You have strengthened relationships with contractors and suppliers and achieved better commercial results.

  • You have brought more structure, transparency, and financial control to the execution of infrastructure projects.

  • You have grown into a reliable sparring partner for Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, Finance, Legal, and technical teams.

Who are you?

  • Proactive and solution-oriented: You identify contractual and commercial challenges early and take action before they affect project progress.

  • Strong in negotiation: You engage confidently in discussions with contractors and suppliers and know how to combine commercial interests with sustainable partnerships.

  • Sense of responsibility: You take ownership of contracts, agreements, and results throughout the entire project cycle.

  • Structured and accurate: You maintain an overview of complex contracts, budgets, and various stakeholders.

  • Commercially minded: You understand the financial and contractual risks of infrastructure projects and know how to manage them.

  • Communicative and collaborative: You switch easily between technical specialists, project teams, Finance, Legal, and external partners.

  • Focused on improvement: You get energy from providing structure, improving processes, and making team collaboration more efficient.

Why work at i3D.net?

  • You make a direct contribution to the realization and expansion of mission-critical infrastructure projects.

  • You receive a lot of responsibility for important contracts, contractor relationships, and commercial negotiations.

  • You play a key role in further professionalizing contract management and procurement processes.

  • You work closely with experienced technical, financial, and legal professionals in an international environment.

  • You will join a dynamic, fast-growing organization where your expertise and ideas truly make a difference.

  • You benefit from access to Ubisoft games and office facilities.
