ROLE SUMMARY Senior Mechanic for lifting and transport equipment at Mammoet €3,000.00 and €4,100.00 gross per month (depending on experience) Working in Westdorpe Are you a senior mechanic with extensive knowledge of vehicles and machinery? Our cranes, trailers, trucks, and special equipment are essential to our operations, and you are responsible for maintaining and repairing these machines at the highest level. As a senior mechanic, you take a leading role in ensuring the performance and safety of our advanced equipment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintaining and repairing special machines and transport equipment. In doing so, you look ahead and find smart solutions for technical challenges. You take the lead on larger projects and mentor a small group of mechanics. Do you prefer working in the workshop every day, or do you seek variety with client and project locations? Do you like working nearby, or do you want to see the world? Everything is negotiable. Because of this, no two days are the same! You perform inspections and ensure that the equipment looks and works according to our standards and instructions. Where necessary, you modify the equipment; Work on innovative projects and contribute to the latest technologies, for example during new construction projects. Working with various techniques such as mechanics, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. WHAT YOU NEED A completed education in the direction of mechanical engineering, automotive technology, mobile vehicles, agricultural mechanization, aircraft maintenance, or something similar. At least 5 years of experience in the field of maintenance work. Where you also have knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. Good command of Dutch and English. A valid driver's license. Interest in our technology and the motivation to learn everything about the world of Mammoet. WHAT YOU GET A good basic salary between €3,000 and €4,100 gross per month, depending on your work experience and knowledge. Extra net allowances according to the collective labor agreement (CAO), such as "coffee money" and overtime compensation.
