Customer Care Internship

During your internship, do you want to discover what it is like to help travelers before, during, and after their holiday? During your internship at Prijsvrij Vakanties & D-reizen, you will truly be part of our team. You will answer questions, think along with customers, and learn more every day about travel, service, and customer contact.

From assistance with online check-in to a question about booking extra baggage: during your working internship, you will discover how versatile customer contact is in the travel industry. You will be guided by experienced colleagues and will increasingly receive more space to work independently. This way, you will learn step by step how to offer our travelers the best service.

• You answer customer questions via telephone and e-mail;

• You help with online check-in, booking extras, and changes to the trip;

• You listen well, think along, and ensure that customers feel heard;

• You think along about what is possible when a trip goes differently than expected;

• You work with various systems to find information and carry out actions carefully;

• You learn to handle different types of customer questions and situations;

• You think along with the team about how we can make our service even better and smarter.

Holidays do not stop at 5:00 PM. That is why we are there for our customers when it is needed: also in the evening, on weekends, and on public holidays. As an intern, you will participate in this with the team.
