What we're looking for

HBO thinking level and a practical attitude, you would rather roll up your sleeves than wait around;
Knowledge of aviation (IATA/NDC) and experience with various aviation systems;
You see commercial opportunities and love to contribute to an optimal customer experience. Additionally, you have an eye for detail. You work accurately and are a true team player;
You work both in a service-oriented and solution-oriented manner. You see complex issues as a challenge;
You have an affinity for or experience with the travel industry;
Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Your English is very good as well;
You are flexibly deployable: working in the evening and on the weekend is no problem for you and you are willing to work on public holidays.

You will be working with various aviation systems, both for our customers and for your colleagues. The best route, the best rate, additional baggage, or special services. You know how to make it happen!

What you'll do

You handle complex customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers where necessary. Whether it is a last-minute change, unexpected emergencies during a trip, or a colleague who simply wants your expertise. You handle all inquiries and are result- and solution-oriented in doing so;
You offer support to your colleagues regarding our own flight reservation system and flight-related questions. You follow and monitor the processes for the correct booking/rebooking/changing & cancelling of existing reservations;
You identify areas for improvement in processes and contribute ideas;
From simple round trips to complex (custom) bookings, you enjoy taking them on.
