Flight and Operations Planner Fulltime

At Peterson Den Helder, you are the pivot in the daily operations surrounding helicopter flights to and from offshore locations. Within this role, you work in a special place - the Den Helder airport - You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs flawlessly: from passenger planning to customer contact and administrative processing.

You work in a dedicated team, coordinate with helicopter operators and customers, and contribute to logistical processes that truly have an impact. No two days are the same!

• You plan and coordinate helicopter flights for passengers to offshore locations;

• You communicate with customers, passengers, and operators (in both Dutch and English);

• You ensure the optimal allocation of available capacity;

• You process planning data administratively in our systems;

• You ensure that all passenger certificates are correctly and up-to-date in the system;

• You think along and work independently on projects.

• MBO work and thinking level;

• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• You switch gears quickly, think ahead, and remain calm under pressure;

• You love structure and can work well with software systems;

• You are flexibly deployable and do not find it a problem to work outside office hours occasionally (on-call shifts) – naturally with compensation
