As a Content Specialist at Prijsvrij Vakanties & D-reizen, you are the editorial point of contact for our websites. You write, perform final editing, and maintain an overview of what can be improved. From a sharp briefing to the final language check: you ensure content that is correct, inspiring, and contributes to our commercial goals. ✈️

As a Content Specialist, you take editorial responsibility for the website content of Prijsvrij Vakanties & D-reizen. From destinations and hotels to inspiration pages, blogs, and campaigns: you ensure consistent quality and a recognizable voice for every brand. You write yourself, make the work of others stronger, and ensure that plans are actually executed.

• You develop, optimize, and monitor content for our websites, from destinations and hotels to inspiration pages, blogs, and campaigns;

• You monitor the quality, tone of voice, and commercial strength of our content and see where it can become more relevant, attractive, and effective;

• You take the lead in content projects and monitor progress, from idea and briefing to publication and evaluation;

• You develop new content concepts that align with our brands and customers;

• You use data, customer insights, and trends to continuously improve content;

• You use data, customer insights, and SEO to make content more findable, relevant, and effective;

• You work closely with colleagues within content, marketing, and product, align priorities, and monitor editorial quality;

• You follow developments within content, the travel industry, and AI and translate relevant opportunities to our brands;

• You can provide substantive guidance to others and dare to return texts when they do not meet the agreed quality.

• A completed HBO or WO degree in the direction of marketing, communication, journalism, or similar;

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience within content marketing, online content, or a similar role;

• Experience within the travel industry, e-commerce, or another commercial online environment is a strong plus;

• An excellent sense of language and you write flawless Dutch;

• A critical eye and a strong sense of quality;

• Demonstrable experience with final editing of commercial website content;

• Good basic knowledge of SEO and insight into how content contributes to findability and conversion;

• An analytical eye with which you translate data and insights into concrete improvements;

• You take ownership, come up with ideas, and enjoy working together.
