We are looking for a Product & Content Marketeer who wants to build the positioning, visibility, and growth of Appical. In this role, you are responsible for how we position our product in the market and how we reach and convince our target audience. You translate our product capabilities into a clear story, develop relevant campaigns and content, and ensure that Sales has the right tools to convince new customers.

In doing so, you look beyond just marketing content: you work closely with Product and Development on product launches and translate new features into concrete customer value. You develop sales material for various stakeholders within larger organizations and actively gather insights from customers and prospects. Through customer conversations, sales insights, and competitor research, you discover opportunities to sharpen our positioning and continuously improve our go-to-market approach.

Additionally, you create content that contributes to growth and customer engagement, from customer stories and webinars to campaigns that help customers get more value out of Appical. In this, you work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success and ensure that our message reaches the right target audience at the right time.

You are also skilled with AI and use it smartly to create, reuse, and improve content more efficiently. You build smart workflows and develop prompts and AI tools, while guarding our own tone of voice.

You will receive a lot of ownership and space to provide direction to product and content marketing yourself. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, takes initiative, and converts ideas into concrete results.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, of which at least 2 years in product marketing.

• You understand how to reach and convince mid-market and enterprise organizations, even when multiple stakeholders are involved in a purchase.

• You have experience with product launches and can demonstrate what impact your work has had.

• You write strong content and know how to translate complex product information into a clear, persuasive story.

• You are curious about customers and know how to turn feedback and market insights into concrete actions.

• You switch effortlessly between strategy and execution and enjoy taking the initiative yourself.

• You are skilled with AI and know how to use AI tools smartly to work more efficiently and improve the quality of your output.

• You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.

• Salary: €4,000 - €5,800 gross per month (full-time)

• 25 vacation days + pension plan and travel allowance

• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office + up to 4 weeks workation per year
