Supply Chain Business Partner

You will work in a cross-functional role and act as the central point of contact for the operational region and the associated supply chain needs. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop effective solutions for the entire supply chain function.

• Identifying gaps in supply chain processes and collaborating with management and supply chain categories to resolve these and propose improvements.
• Coordinating the savings plan with the local finance department and senior management.
• Performing country analyses and tasks related to payment terms.
• Supporting the EMEA and global category sourcing teams (Field & Indirect) regarding EMEA-wide agreements and opportunities.
• Managing end-to-end non-catalogue sourcing activities within the operational region, including RFQs (requests for quotation), supplier selection, competitive bidding, and requisition approvals.
• Negotiating and executing local contracts, Local Term Agreements, and country-specific agreements, including follow-ups and dispute resolution.
• Overseeing GBS-external resources performing administrative local tasks within the operational region, including monitoring KPIs and ensuring compliance with requirements.

• Coordinating the onboarding of subcontractors and ensuring quality and compliance
• Building and strengthening the network of subcontractors within the Benelux
• Supporting negotiations and pricing agreements for projects and annual contracts
• Collaborating with operations to monitor subcontractor capacity and performance

You report to the Business Partner for Western Europe, based in France.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field
• Some experience in supply chain; experience in a technical or construction environment is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on mentality
• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
