• Salary according to the applicable collective labor agreement: €3,300 to €4,000 gross per month, supplemented with a bonus scheme and expense allowance (€50 per month);

Otis is growing and is looking for an Elevator Service Technician for our HOA team in Amsterdam.

In this position, you are responsible for the maintenance of elevators in apartment complexes and residential buildings. Because you are in daily contact with residents, HOA boards, and managers, good communication skills are just as important as technical knowledge. You know how to handle diverse situations professionally and with a customer-oriented approach and are able to communicate clearly. A good command of the Dutch language is therefore essential. With your technical expertise and service-oriented attitude, you ensure that residents can use their elevator safely and reliably.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and safe functioning of elevators within apartment complexes and residential buildings in your region;

• Regular contact with residents, HOA boards, and managers regarding work, findings, and maintenance activities;

• Informing and advising customers and residents about the state of the installations and any potential next steps;

• Identifying technical deviations and performing preventive maintenance work to prevent malfunctions;

• Contributing to high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service-oriented support;

• Participating in the 24/7 on-call service according to the schedule.
