Manager Operations

You ensure that teams flourish and perform. As Operations Manager at Oral Care Nederland, you lead 15 practice teams/labs towards results, collaboration, and growth—not from the sidelines, but in the heart of the practice. You are not a project manager who just ticks boxes, but a coaching leader who connects, listens, and provides direction. You intuitively sense what is happening within a team and know how to set people in motion. Together with practice leaders, you identify opportunities for improvement in agenda planning, patient flows, billing, and team development, and ensure they truly take hold. Not only based on KPIs and practice signals, but also by listening closely to what teams need. The result: higher quality of care, more engaged teams, and satisfied patients. Healthy figures follow naturally.

• University (WO) level of thinking and working.

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience in a leadership role

• Strong interpersonal skills: you connect easily, listen sincerely, and know how to win the trust of diverse teams and personalities

• Experience in decentralized organizations or teams within healthcare

• Experience with team, process, and leadership development.

• Experience and affinity with the healthcare or service sector, including knowledge of treatment mix, task delegation, planning & scheduling, patient journey, and EHR/PMS.
