Implantologist

The practice is located in the center of the green Epe and has a village-like, egalitarian atmosphere where everyone knows each other. It is a modern practice with plenty of light and a good working atmosphere, not authoritarian, but a team that is aligned and addresses each other as equals.

As a dental implantologist, you are a differentiated dentist: alongside regular dentistry, you are additionally skilled in implantology and act within the practice as the medical director for this subfield. You:

• Perform implantological treatments, including the placement of implants, bone augmentation, and sinus lift procedures

• Perform minor surgical treatments and extractions

• Fabricates and places suprastructures if desired

• Formulates diagnoses and treatment plans, based on a broad medical context

• Advises patients on implantological procedures and aftercare

• Coordinates the provision of care regarding implantology and works closely with the other dentists and specialists in the practice; referrals are made for oral surgery and orthodontics

• Contributes to high patient satisfaction and quality of care, and keeps professional knowledge up to date through continuing education and peer consultation

Our modern, bright practice is located in the center of Epe and was newly built approximately 5 years ago. The team consists of 5 dentists, a dental technician, oral hygienists, prevention and treatment assistants, and the reception, totaling about 18 colleagues. You will work independently and hold a pivotal role within the treatment team; treatment choices in your field of expertise lie with you.

We perform all common dental treatments ourselves and only refer for oral surgery and orthodontics. You work with an OPG, microscope, and CEREC PrimeMill with scanner, and your treatment room is equipped with a dental unit, instrument cabinet, and X-ray equipment.

The schedule you take over consists of implantology and related activities, has been well-curated, and treatment times are coordinated in consultation. The patient population is village-like and diverse, with a current patient freeze in place to ensure a healthy inflow.

There is plenty of room to further develop towards endodontics or surgery, and for clinical questions, you can always turn to colleagues. The team is down-to-earth and close-knit; despite a number of turbulent years, it is still here, as a place where people like to stay because they are seen for who they are. We are affiliated with Oral Care Nederland, a national network of dental practices that combines local identity with more than 35 years of international dental expertise.

• Remuneration as a percentage of turnover (up to 45%, depending on education and experience)
