Practice Lead Dentist in the Netherlands

As Practice Lead, you will become the professional compass of our team and will be given the space to make your mark on the quality and growth of the practice.

In this role, you are a "working foreman": you are visible on the work floor and provide direction to the treatment team.

• Clinical Leadership: you treat patients at a high level and monitor the medical quality within the practice.

• Team Management: together with the practice manager and regional management, you lead a team of approximately 8 to 12 colleagues.

• Coaching: you guide dentists, dental hygienists, and assistants in their professional development.

• Practice Development: you are committed to the growth of the practice and an optimal patient experience.

• Innovation: you identify new developments and translate these into uniform working methods and protocols.

You will work in a modern setting with six treatment rooms and a close-knit, multidisciplinary team. Our practice is equipped with advanced equipment such as a microscope, OPG, and Primescan (crown in one day). You treat a very diverse patient population, which ensures plenty of variety in your daily work. A major advantage: the practice is excellently accessible and you can park for free and easily right at the door.
