HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level;
Work experience in a sales role;
You have acquired commercial skills in any industry;
Leadership experience, which can also be in volunteer work, hospitality, or sports;
A flexible schedule where working on weekends is not a problem.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Good salary between € 2,900 and € 3,000 gross per month;
Quarterly bonus of € 1,600, but often even more;

The role

Leader of the team. That is the role you will take on as store manager. You set a clear direction and lead all employees in a coaching manner. The day begins with a kick-off. How is everyone doing? Is everyone excited? Together with your team, you determine the objectives and areas for improvement. How are you going to achieve results today?

What you'll do

You ensure that your team consists of satisfied employees. And of course, you do not forget the customer. If they are satisfied, then you are too. Turnover is an important gauge for the results of your store. To ensure satisfied employees, satisfied customers, and good turnover, you continue to train your employees. You perform role-plays when there is time. Furthermore, you maintain contact with fellow store managers to learn from them. In your work, you will be busy with:

Optimal staff planning, turnover, and the budget of your store;
Analyzing results to realize growth and development for your store;
Coaching and managing employees.
