• At least 10 years of relevant management experience within a complex, commercial environment;
• Demonstrable experience with strategic leadership and P&L responsibility;
• Strong coaching skills and experience with leadership development;
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills;

• Salary between € 5,570.-- and € 7,952.-- gross per month (job group 12).

• You lead the daily store operations and hold ultimate responsibility for the commercial, operational, and personnel results.
• You coach and develop the management team in leadership, ownership, commercial drive, and result-orientation.
• You monitor the P&L, set priorities, and adjust in a timely manner to realize sustainable growth and optimal performance.
• You ensure that every customer experiences the premium service and hospitality that De Bijenkorf is known for.
• You identify opportunities for innovation, commercial growth, and process improvement and translate these into impactful initiatives.
• You represent De Bijenkorf within the local network and build strategic partnerships that contribute to our position in the region.
