The role
As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for the store in Arnhem together with the Store Manager. Every day, you give your all to improve store processes and enthusiastically lead a store team. In this way, you ensure continuous growth in NPS and the commercial results of your store. Want to become an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue too? Prija explains how you do that.
What you'll do
- Efficiently handling the processes in the store. Think of things such as cash, security, administration, planograms, and the correct use of our systems.
- Driving improvements in our processes. You have an analytical eye and know how to translate data into concrete insights and action points to make the store processes and the Coolblue store a little bit better every day.
- Leading, coaching, and guiding a store team, so that the team gets a little bit better every day. You do this by being involved in the recruitment process, conducting feedback sessions, performance and appraisal interviews, absenteeism discussions, and bad news conversations.
- Inspiring your team to achieve and increase goals, including a sky-high NPS. Of course, you also roll up your sleeves yourself to set a good example.
