This is what your workday looks like
You lead the team on all fronts. You set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure the store looks well-maintained, stylish, and commercially strong. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you ensure a clear structure, planning, and a positive vibe. You are responsible for staff planning, recruitment, store administration, stock control, and visual merchandising. On the shop floor, you lead by example: with clear communication, motivating leadership, and service that stays with our customers.

• Experience as a leader in retail, preferably in fashion.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating a team on a daily basis.
• Commercially minded and sharp on the overview, even during busy moments.
• Result-oriented coaching, with strong communication.
• Customer focus is in your DNA, as is a sense of style and presentation.
• Passion for fashion and a sense for the VERO MODA style.
• You are flexibly available, also during the busy periods on weekends and other peak moments.
