Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve store success

Drive sales through individual targets and KPIs

Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent

Coach lifestyle selling techniques to connect with guests and drive multiple-category sales and consumer loyalty

Embody and promote the brand aesthetic and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience.

Analyse KPIs and business drivers to derive strategic plans

Ensure store standards and Company policy and procedures are upheld

Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills

Act in the capacity of chair for employee meetings i.e touchbases, welfare, misconduct

Liaise with centre management as required, ie job boards, private sale, promotions

Build a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment

Collaborate closely with Area Management and internal stakeholders

Be the point of contact for external stakeholders/contractors
