You are part of the Corporate Communications & CSR team: a small, ambitious team that works closely with the business and plays a key role in Odido's culture, reputation, and strategic communication.

As Senior Internal Communications & Engagement Manager, you are the driving force behind our leadership and internal communications. You translate mission, goals, and strategy to all levels of the organization, in line with our values, so that they are truly embraced and lived. You advise the Executive Committee and senior leaders at the moments that matter, strengthen the engagement of managers and employees, and ensure that important changes are communicated clearly and inspiritingly.

In this role:

• You build communication and engagement strategies that contribute directly to Odido's mission, goals, and strategy;
• You are the trusted communication partner for senior leaders during important moments, such as OMT sessions (top 50), Ask Me Anything sessions for managers (top 200), and organization-wide meetings;
• You deploy communication and events that connect, inspire, and activate leadership and employees;
• You provide direction to communication surrounding organizational changes and transformation programs;
• You work closely with the Head of and Corporate Content Manager within the team, and with colleagues from HR, Marketing, Legal, IT, Operations, and the commercial teams, to align strategy, messaging, and content sharply;
• You play an active role in corporate communication, reputation management, and issue or crisis communication;
• You translate insights from research and feedback into concrete improvements for communication, leadership, and employee engagement.
