• A good salary! You will start between € 4,500 and € 6,800 gross per month, depending on your experience, based on a full-time work week of 40 hours.

Laws and regulations are constantly changing and becoming increasingly complex, which is why we are expanding our team. As a Project Coordinator Compliance, you will ensure that our Supply Chain is prepared for these changing laws. You are a specialist in diverse compliance issues and translate developments in laws and regulations within the HSE domain into practical policies and clear frameworks for the organization.

What makes this role extra interesting is the diversity of regulations you will deal with. In our distribution centers, we work with, among other things, GDP, ADR, and Seveso-related regulations. This requires a sharp eye for safety, quality, risk management, and compliance. You will work closely with Corporate Affairs, Quality Assurance private label, external specialists, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will play an important role in audits, permitting processes, and complex projects. Thanks to your knowledge, risk awareness, and advice, we ensure that we remain compliant in our distribution centers and are ready for future developments.

What will you do in the position of Project Coordinator Compliance for our Logistics departments?

• You translate changes in laws and regulations into policies, processes, and guidelines.
• You coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance programs within the Supply Chain.
• You advise management and project teams on compliance and risk issues.
• You collaborate with external stakeholders such as environmental services, certification bodies, and competent authorities.
• You monitor compliance performance and develop dashboards, reports, and management information.
