AH to go Cluster Manager for Amersfoort, Apeldoorn and Hilversum (temporary)

• This position is classified in function group H of the VGL-CAO. Are you 20 years or older? Then the salary is €4,557 to €5,058 gross per month (40 hours) excluding any allowances. Are you younger than 20 years? Then the CAO youth wage applicable to your age applies
• Additional employment conditions on top of the CAO
• This concerns a vacancy with a temporary location, due to replacement during leave. After approximately one year, the location will be evaluated and it may be that you are transferred to another location
• Working with a fixed number of hours per week. Flexible shifts, not a nine-to-five job

AH to go offers travelers quick, fresh meals and convenient snacks for on the go.
As the AH to go cluster manager, you hold ultimate responsibility for multiple AH to go locations at major stations. You lead a team of at least 50 employees. Due to the size of the locations and teams, your role is complex. You switch daily between operations, team development, commercial results, and contact with stakeholders. You maintain intensive contact with safety partners and other involved parties at the station. You also anticipate busy moments caused by events, traveler peaks, and train disruptions. In this way, you ensure that your stores keep running and travelers are well assisted.

• You hold ultimate responsibility for a team of floor managers and employees at multiple locations within your cluster
• You create a positive working atmosphere and know how to motivate your teams
• You ensure good planning and distribution of activities
• You conduct conversations such as selection, development, and absenteeism interviews and apply personnel policies
• You monitor compliance with procedures and safety regulations
• You analyze turnover and cost results and translate these into strategic solutions for lasting success

You are flexibly deployable both during the week and on weekends. You can schedule your own shifts, though it is important that you work on the shop floor at least 1 day a week.
