A starting salary of € 3,059 gross per month based on 38 hours (from age 21) and you can grow during your career to a salary of max. € 3,476 gross per month based on scale F from the MVT collective labor agreement.

You are the one who will come to motivate and guide our team; you are a flexible, enthusiastic leader. With your enthusiasm, you take the team along and know how to maintain a positive focus on both the people and the work.

In this position, you are responsible for the daily operation of the bicycle parking. You guide and direct service employees and bicycle mechanics, maintain an overview of the activities, and are strong in organizing. Additionally, you handle orders for the shop and repair parts, maintain the time registration, create schedules, and know how to switch effectively in busy or difficult situations.

You provide leadership and also actively participate in the operation. In the absence of the location manager, you take over their tasks, so that daily management is always guaranteed. Together with your team, you ensure that travelers can continue their journey quickly and sustainably.

For our bicycle parking in Zwolle, we are looking for an enthusiastic assistant location manager for 32 hours per week. In this position, it is important that you are flexibly deployable and available for all shifts within the opening hours of the bicycle parking. The shifts last at least 4 hours.

Monday to Thursday: 05:00 - 01:40

Friday: 05:00 - 02:05

Saturday: 05:30 - 02:00

Sunday: 06:30 - 01:30

Good to know:

• You can reach the bicycle parking within 30 minutes without public transport, because it does not always run in the early morning or late evening. We do not reimburse parking costs and have no parking spaces available.
