What we're looking for

You possess a completed education as a medical assistant. You have experience working in an outpatient clinic and have dedicated attention to and involvement with our patients. You are willing to undergo training for specialization in Dermatology. You are customer-friendly, strong in communication, and possess the right computer skills. In your work, you are solution-oriented, flexible, and stress-resistant. Together with the team, you know how to offer patients help in an enthusiastic and positive manner.

The role

As a Medical Assistant, you are the visiting card of our Dermatology outpatient clinic and the connecting link between our patients and medical specialists. You have a lot of contact with patients and their loved ones.

You are the first to speak to our patients, on the phone or at the outpatient clinic. During outpatient and operative consultation hours, you support the dermatologist and perform (medical) technical procedures such as dressing wounds and collecting patient data through examination and testing (for example, an allergy test and taking biopsies). You handle the administrative processing of the consultation and prepare consultation hours. You think along about the way we can continuously improve the processes in the outpatient clinic and are involved in working groups. You make the difference every day!

About the company & team

At Dermatology, care for our patients is always central. Together with a close-knit and committed team of dermatologists, physician assistants, and medical assistants, we work daily on the diagnosis and treatment of various skin diseases, such as eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer. We offer not only outpatient consultations but also specialized treatments such as light therapy and wound care via the Wound Expertise Center.

Our work environment is dynamic and innovative: we constantly continue to improve and are open to new ideas and initiatives.
